By sending your deposit, you agree to all Tracksondatrack booking terms listed below.

Non-Refundable Deposit • Release Dates Based On Availability

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your deposit secures your shoot date and time. If you cancel your shoot for any reason, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

2. Release Dates

Release dates are based on availability within the Tracksondatrack release calendar.

Release dates are NOT guaranteed before the shoot.

Your official release date will only be given after:

• The video has been filmed
• The remaining balance has been fully paid

3. Footage Delivery

No raw footage, edited footage, clips, or final files will be sent out before the video is officially released on Tracksondatrack platforms.

4. Late Policy

Please arrive on time and ready to shoot.

If you are more than 30 minutes late to the agreed shoot time, the shoot may be canceled at the discretion of Tracksondatrack and your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Name, Image & Likeness Permission

By booking with Tracksondatrack, you give Tracksondatrack / Fabio Productions LLC permission to use your:

• Name
• Image
• Likeness
• Voice
• Performance
• Music
• Social media tags/usernames

For promotional, marketing, social media, YouTube, website, advertising, and business purposes.

This includes the right to edit, repost, crop, monetize, and reuse content created during the shoot.

6. Creative Control

Tracksondatrack has full creative control over:

• Editing style
• Video format
• Thumbnails
• Captions
• Titles
• Promotional clips
• Release timing

7. Safety & Conduct

Tracksondatrack reserves the right to end or cancel a shoot without refund if:

• The environment becomes unsafe
• Anyone becomes aggressive or disruptive
• Illegal activity takes place
• Instructions from the production team are ignored

8. Props & Responsibility

Any props, vehicles, jewelry, or personal items brought to the shoot are the responsibility of the artist.

Tracksondatrack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9. Fake Views, Bots & Artificial Engagement

Tracksondatrack does not support or promote fake views, bots, artificial engagement, paid engagement manipulation, or any misleading growth tactics.

If suspicious bot activity, fake engagement, artificial streaming, or purchased views are detected or strongly believed to be connected to an artist’s release, Tracksondatrack reserves the right to:

• Publicly address the issue
• Post or pin a disclaimer/comment regarding the suspected activity
• Distance the platform from the engagement activity
• Refuse future bookings or collaborations

By booking with Tracksondatrack, the artist understands that maintaining authentic engagement and credibility on the platform is important to the brand and community.

By sending a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
